If the 2 or 3 of you that visit this blog are looking for a new book, I recommend the 1549 prayer book.  I got a copy, and have been quite pleased with it.  Much of Rite is a copy/paste from this book.

TPECUSA – 1789 – 2007 – Requiescat in pace

Folks, TPECUSA, as a member of the Anglican Communion anyhow, is dead.
It’s not officially ”done”, but some sources are indicating that the HoB will not only toss out the DeS communique, they will endorse a GREATER role for gays in the church.
This is pretty galling, in light of Abp. Mouneer Anis’ impassioned sermon from the weekend.  That this HoB is doing so is the final nail in the coffin.
